No, you don't have to! We can work with any provider. However, a fast server response time is essential for a professional website. Therefore, in exceptional cases, we may recommend switching servers.
Of course! Most of our customers have WooCommerce shops under contract with us. However, prices may vary slightly depending on the setup. This will be discussed during our initial consultation.
Automated pings are used to check the availability of the site at short intervals (a few seconds). If the WordPress site or WooCommerce shop does not respond, we are notified and can react immediately.
Of course not, don't worry! We work exclusively on a so-called staging site. This is a copy of the website where we update WordPress and plugins, and the functionality is tested after each update. Only then are the changes rolled out to the live site.
